• The dietetist who provides advice via DanoneNutrition.ca undertakes to make his/her best effort to practice the art of dietetics science by conforming to the relevant Code of deontology and, as need be, by consulting other competent professionals, namely in relation to specific advice offered and recommended physical activity. Information, advice, recommendations and/or warnings from the dietetist are provided independently, without any specific reference to products sold by Danone Inc., it's affiliates, affiliated or holding companies and without any endorsement of any trade-marks held by Danone Inc., it's affiliates, affiliated or holding companies.
• In the context of his/her duties on behalf of DanoneNutrition.ca, the dietetist (including any professional consulted by the dietetist) is not an employee, agent or representative of Danone Inc., it's affiliates, affiliated or holding companies. In the exercise of his/her profession, the dietetist acts as an "independent contractor" and, as such, he/she fully engages his/her personal civil liability and not that of Danone, it's affiliates, affiliated or holding companies.
• By communicating with the dietetist via DanoneNutrition.ca, users undertake to hold harmless Danone Inc., it's affiliates, affiliated or holding companies, it's shareholders, administrators, officers, employees, agents and other representatives in relation to any damages of any kind they may suffer or incur arising out from or in connection with information, advice, recommendations and/or warnings that are conveyed via DanoneNutrition.ca and/or the dietetist (including any professional consulted by the dietetist).
